三、冷卻塔的放置： 
冷卻塔應(yīng)設(shè)置在環(huán)境清潔、氣流暢通的良好地方，應(yīng)盡量避免布置在熱源、廢氣和煙氣發(fā)生點(diǎn)，化學(xué)品堆放處和煤隊(duì)附近，以確保其冷卻效果。冷卻塔之間或與其他建筑物之間的距離、除了應(yīng)考慮塔的通風(fēng)要求，塔與建筑物的相互影響外，還應(yīng)考慮建筑物防火、防爆的安全距離；為減小濕熱空氣回流對(duì)冷卻效果的影響，應(yīng)盡量避免冷卻塔多排布置，盡量避免使冷卻塔夾在高大建筑物中間的狹長(zhǎng)地帶。
從通風(fēng)條件和冷卻效果考慮，冷卻塔應(yīng)盡量布置在高處，但也要考慮水泵的電能的消耗；如冷卻塔設(shè)置在屋頂是宜設(shè)風(fēng)機(jī)檢修控制開(kāi)關(guān)。般開(kāi)關(guān)都設(shè)在機(jī)房，屋頂不能控制，檢修人員在塔內(nèi)檢修時(shí)萬(wàn)操作失誤，啟動(dòng)風(fēng)機(jī)就會(huì)造成傷亡事故。冷卻塔的補(bǔ)給水量般為冷卻塔循環(huán)水量的1%-3%.為了防止冷卻塔和冷卻水管路的腐蝕，對(duì)冷卻水和補(bǔ)給水的水質(zhì)有定的要求。
